Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all hamper orders placed before 12 midday on that same day for next day delivery.

Occasionally there may be a stock delay or reason in which we cannot despatch, on these occasions we will always inform you by e mail as to when your gift will be despatched.

If you require guarenteed next delivery on:

 Before 9AM £13.43

Before 12 midday £10.50

Saturday delivery £15.45

Please give us a call and we can take payment over the phone for any special delivery requirement.

All of our hampers are sent by courier, and a signature will be required for the hamper to be delivered, if there is no one in, the hamper will be returned to the depot and a card left for the recipient to arrange a re delivery.

We always have tracking numbers for our hampers so we can see the delivery status, giving peace of mind to the person sending the gift.

If the hamper is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a re delivery, all re deliveries will be chargeable at £7.95.

Privacy & Security.

We do not keep any card records or details of any transactioons on the the site, All transactions are taken by SAGE pay, and you are directed off site to a secure server to input your payment details.

We will only use your e mail address if you allow us to by opting in to our newsletter, no other information is retained, and we never share any e mail addresses with any other parties.

All orders are processed confidentially and this site has a full SSl certificate for security.

Returns & Replacements

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can have a full refund upto 28 days after purchase if the hamper is returned in its original state to our business address.

Please contact us first to obtain a return code.

If any part of your hamper is damaged when you receive it, please contact us, and we will replace the item, againplease contact us for a return code before sending back the damaged item.

Ordering

All orders placed after midday on any day will be shipped the following day, all orders placed after midday on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is required at the time of selecting the item.

If you would like to set up a corporate account, please contact us, as we have payment structures available to our corporate clients.

Viewing Orders

Once your order is placed, it will be viewable by us, and a receipt will be sent to your e mail address confirming the order.

If you wish to cancel any order, please contact us as soon as possible, as we do try to ship out all hampers within 24 hours.
