Disclaimer
From time to time the pictures or motifs on some of our products may differ slightly in style or design from those shown, this is sometimes unavoidable due to the availability of stock from suppliers and manufacturers, However we guarantee that all of the products you receive will be of the same outstanding quality, and the manufacturer will not change from that described.
All of our products are made by experienced designers and suppliers of baby clothes and accessories and so have been fully tested as to be suitable for babies.
Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for some reason however you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us and return your product for a full refund. Please telephone us for a reference number before sending the item/s back so that it can be processed accurately.
Damaged goodsÂ
If, on receipt of your item it is damaged or products within the hamper are damaged, please send the item/s back to us at our business address with your details and we will replace it for you.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order with us please do so within 24 hours of placing it as we endeavor to post orders out within a day of receiving payment.

Mummy and Me Hamper Co do NOT have access to customers' credit / debit card details at any time. All payment card details are managed by Protx. Protx are responsible for processing card payments and all aspects of payment security.
Distance Selling Act
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You must bear the cost of return postage and a refund will be given as soon as goods are received in good condition.
